Cancellation & Refund Policy

What is a refund?

A refund is provided when a learner encounters technical issues preventing access to the course, does not receive the promised resources, or mistakenly purchases a course instead of another course on Master Academy Bangladesh (MAB). Refunds are subject to a verification process.

 

How to request a refund?

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps within 48 hours of your payment:

  1. Contact our customer support team at 543345 (8 AM – 11 PM) and provide the email address or phone number associated with your registration and course purchase.

 

  1. After verification, a customer support representative will send you an SMS containing an official refund request form. Fill in the required details regarding your purchase in the form.

 

Refund requests will only be considered valid if you contact our customer support team via calling 543345 within 48 hours of your purchase. It is essential to clearly specify your email address and phone number used during the registration process.

 

N.B.~ refund requests do not apply to e-books. Additionally, for subscription-based courses, refund requests will not be applicable if submitted after the class has started.

 

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days of successful verification and approval of the refund request by Master Academy Bangladesh. You will receive an email confirmation regarding the refund.

 

When will the refund not be applicable?

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • If the complaint or refund request is submitted after 48 hours from the date of purchase.
  • If you have already earned your Course Certificate within the 48-hour complaint period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  • If you file a complaint within the 48-hour complaint period and subsequently earn the course certificate within the next 7-day refund period, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • If you have engaged in course activities, such as watching videos, attempting quizzes or tests, or downloading course materials, before requesting a refund.
  • If you have completed more than 5 premium/paid videos before requesting a refund.
  • If you have purchased an e-book.
  • If you have purchased a subscription-based course, and the class has already commenced.

 

When will the refund be applicable?

Refunds will be applicable in the following situations:

In case of an incorrect purchase or if you wish to purchase another course, you may request a transfer to the desired course using a voucher. If the price of the new course is:

  • Higher than the purchased course, you must pay the additional amount to Master Academy Bangladesh through your preferred payment method.
  • Lower than the purchased course, you will receive a refund of the additional amount from Master Academy Bangladesh through the original payment medium used for the course purchase.
  • If Master Academy Bangladesh fails to provide the promised resources as outlined in the course.

 

What happens when you request a refund?

 

Upon submitting a refund request, your access to the enrolled course will be temporarily suspended. Master Academy Bangladesh will send you an SMS notification within 3 working days of receiving your request, confirming whether the refund has been accepted. If the refund request is approved, you will be unenrolled from the course, and your progress will be reset. Should you decide to purchase the course again, you will need to start from the beginning.

 

The processing time for refunds is typically 7-14 working days. If it takes longer than 14 working days, please contact our customer support team at 543345 (8 AM – 11 PM).

 

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS to your registered email address or phone number once the refund has been processed.
